Tiny Toss (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a photo and video cleanup tool. Your privacy matters, and the design is simple: your photos and videos stay on your device, and we collect only limited anonymous analytics metadata to understand and improve the app.

The short version

Photo library access

Tiny Toss requests access to your photo library so it can show your photos and videos and let you keep or delete them. This access is used only on your device to display the media you choose to review and to carry out deletions you confirm. We never copy, transmit, or retain your media. You can grant full or limited access and change or revoke it at any time in the iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos.

Anonymous analytics

Tiny Toss uses TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, to collect anonymous metadata about how the app is used. This helps us understand whether the app is working well, which features are useful, and where users may run into problems.

The analytics we collect may include events such as app launches, onboarding completion, permission status, daily cleanup completion, streak or milestone activity, paywall views, purchase or restore results, and high-level deletion counts or storage amounts. We may also receive basic technical metadata such as app version, device type, operating system version, language, region, session information, crash data, and performance data.

We do not send your photos, videos, filenames, photo contents, location data, contacts, advertising identifiers, email address, name, or payment-card details to TelemetryDeck. Analytics events are not linked to an account, because Tiny Toss has no accounts or logins.

TelemetryDeck may use an anonymous installation or device/vendor identifier to count unique users and sessions. This identifier is used for analytics only, is not used for advertising, and is not used to track you across apps or websites.

Data stored on your device

The app saves a small amount of information locally on your device (using the system’s standard on-device storage) to make the app work — for example your review progress, streaks, settings, and daily limits. This data stays on your device, is not uploaded as personal data, and is removed when you delete the app.

Purchases

Tiny Toss Pro is sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase system as auto-renewing Monthly and Yearly subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Apple processes all payments. We never receive or store your payment-card details. Apple’s handling of purchase data is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy. We may collect anonymous analytics events about purchase flow results, such as whether a purchase was started, completed, failed, restored, renewed, cancelled, upgraded, or downgraded.

Children

Tiny Toss is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Data retention and your rights

Most app data lives on your device and is under your control; deleting the app removes it from your device. Anonymous analytics metadata may be retained by TelemetryDeck so we can understand app usage over time. Because this analytics data is not tied to an account or direct personal identifier, we generally cannot look up, export, or delete analytics records for a specific person.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised version at PRIVACY POLICY.
